I started my career in
the complex computing, electronics and engineering environment of Flight Simulators in the (British) Royal Air Force,
I have since established a broad knowledge of IT infrastructure from programming to WAN optimization,
with significant expertise in network, application and security management.
Giulio di Lernia is a seasoned professional in the areas of Information Assurance, OSINT, IT Governance Risk & Control, IT Audit and Compliance, Cybersecurity.
Giulio has held different senior management roles in multinational companies, including Big Four and a scientific EU Agency.
He is a CISSP since 2007 is a certified ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor (BSI) and holds different other certifications from ISACA (CISM, CRISC), IAPP (CIPP/EU).
Giulio has served -during the mandatory military service- in the Italian Elite Special Corps.
I studied Information Security at Masaryk University and all my professional career goes around IT Security. I worked in security consulting prior moving to Accenture and currently I am leading security delivery in Accenture Cyber Fusion Center in Prague.
